Don’t wait for the New Year


A lot of my clients are talking about their New Years goals to lose weight and eat healthier but what I don’t understand is, why not start NOW? Eating better and cleaner does not mean you have to take more time out of your day or give up entirely on old habits. You don’t have to fall off the rails during Christmas and gain 10 pounds. It may be replacing a few foods you are eating with better choices or refining your current food intake. We all could use some help with nutrition.
