I will be discussing my favourite gluten free flours and where to find them. Along with gluten free flours we will work with unrefined sweeteners and we will create a variety of baked treats. This interactive 3 hour workshop is for beginners to more advanced cooks so there is something to learn for everyone. Join me for some tasty treats and of course a lot of fun.
